Job Description
• SPOC for digital onboarding project
• Competition benchmarking for digital onboarding and implementing the best practices
• Finalise the customer journeys with best in class user journeys for 3X1,2X1,1X1
• Analysing customer facing processes and identify the areas of digitization
• Work closely with customers service and IT team to create digital processes
• Write the Business Requirement Document and work with IT team/Vendors for its development
• UAT testing of the feature releases on web and mobile
• The role also envisages defining target client journeys on digital wealth and ensuring an enriched end-to-end digital client experience
This role collaborates with country wealth products, proposition, tech, segments, distribution, digital banking and marketing teams to define and execute the digital sales strategy for wealth along with target KPIs]
Business Performance
• Delivery of target digital sales performance metrics in terms of increase in digital active clients, digital sales volumes & revenue and digital transaction %
• Drive improved wealth penetration across segments, specifically in non-managed base like Personal
• Ownership and execution of sales delivery through alternate channels like ARMs, Contact Centre etc that handle digital / non F2F wealth leads
• Identify opportunities for X-sell / up-sell in ETB base through optimal usage of digital real estate, maximise client touchpoints
• Track and monitor performance of campaigns / initiatives through analytical tools and recommend improvements
Client Experience
• Defining an end-to-end enriched digital client experience on wealth
Strategy
• Define short-term and long-term roadmap for wealth digital sales covering business volumes, campaigns, analytics, distribution models
• Work with Country / Group digital teams to identify new opportunities / tech enablers to deliver simplified client journeys
• Track competition landscape to identify and implement best practices

• 5 Years' experience in BFSI sector
• 3 years' experience in digital trading platforms (web / mobile)
• Experience at a Broking entity would be given preference
Functional
• Strong knowledge and experience in wealth management / retail banking business with in-depth domain knowledge of wealth products
• Aptitude and understanding of digital customer behaviour especially in the BFSI space
