Better requires process discipline and simplification
You'll be creating, modifying, and implementing content for multiple consumer-facing global alternative channels across our digital and retail properties (web and app). You'll work within the Global Content Strategy organization with colleagues across the globe. You'll also partner with business and product owners, designers, project management, and development teams to turn requirements into clear, helpful, high-quality product content and UI text.
In this role, you'll audit, analyze, structure, create and present content independently using established frameworks. You'll implement accessibility, inclusion, readability, and translation standards when crafting new content and demonstrate an understanding of user-centered research and design practices. You'll also identify opportunities to test content (A/B, usability, etc.) and participate in user studies.
For this role, you should have a bachelor's degree and bring 5 to 7 years of experience with a blend of storytelling, UX writing, or similar.

• Know how to identify user needs and find the right content to meet those needs.
• Use logic, data, research, and empathy for your user to inform your choices and can back up your recommendations with solid reasoning.
