Designation- Digital Relationship Manager
Qualification- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
Preference would be accorded to BFM, BBI, BAF, BMS
NISM Capital Market/Insurance/MF modules (Desirable)
Key Requirements
Proficient in MS office
Fluent in both verbal and written communications.
Basic understanding of capital markets business
Roles And Responsibilities
• Single point of contact for HNI relationships virtually
• Assist customers to transact digitally
• Outbound/Inbound calls to reach to the mapped customer base on daily basis.
• Strive to achieve business targets as per assigned portfolio
• Cross sell/Upsell to increase product penetration
• Customer on boarding and activation
• Proactive retention of customers
• Interact with clients on research calls, advisory to keep Clients active & increase revenue
• Converting and generating revenue from dormant customers.
• Resolving Customer Query.
