Description & Requirements
Position Summary: Engage directly with sellers and supervisors to provide coaching to drive optimal usage of digital selling tools, processes and platforms, to ultimately transform the experience of Infor customers and prospects at every stage of the sales cycle.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience within a sales role as a BDR, ISR or AE
Experience of using digital sales tools such as Outreach, SalesForce, Clari and using data to inform decisions
Essential Duties:
Up-level sellers’ digital selling skills
Drive adoption and engagement for platforms and strategic tools
Encourage and foster sharing of digital selling best practices across the soles organisation
Preferred Skills:
Bachelors Degree or relevant experience
Certifications in Outreach, SalesForce, Clari
