Job Description
As a Digital Marketing and B2B Sales professional, you will be responsible for contacting new and existing clients to identify sales opportunities and provide them with the best solution for their business goals.
Your primary objective will be to improve client experience by driving optimal product adoption, manage a portfolio of SMB clients, and grow revenue.
You will also be required to provide pre and post-sales assistance, become an expert on all advertising solutions, identify trends, solve problems, and provide vital product insights and feedbacks.
This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of working experience in digital marketing/online sales, and knowledge of MS Office.
They should also be self-starters who can meet deadlines, enjoy working in a competitive inside sales environment, and have a proactive mindset.
Bilingual agents are preferred, with native proficiency in the local language and B2 level in English.
