The candidate will be responsible for finding and meeting new people that can open investment accounts, and convincing them to start investing in the stock market.
INTERVIEW, SELECTION AND JOINING PROCESS:-
There will be Four rounds of interview HR round, Professional achievements and knowledge, Last round and final discussion.
The selected candidate will get a provisional offer letter within 24 hours from the selection.
The candidate has to confirm the provisional offer, and it is required to send all the original documents and credentials from his/her previous employment.
The company will do a reference check, and it being satisfactory will provide the confirmation letter of offer with the CTC draft.
There will be an Induction Training Program for all the new joiners (this training period is paid and the salary for this training will be paid in the third month).
After completion of training, an agreement of employment will be signed by both the parties.
Preference will be given to the candidate who belongs to banking, insurance, stock market, real state, investment, NBFC, CASA, Mutual Funds, and Loans………
