Experience: 4+ years (Luxury, D2C, Jewellery preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and respond to WhatsApp inquiries from high-value customers
• Understand customer preferences and guide them through jewellery selections
• Build trust, follow up thoughtfully, and convert leads into sales
• Maintain lead records and coordinate with the operations team
• Deliver a polished, premium customer experience at every touchpoint
