Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in Cisco UCCE / UCCX IVR application and environment
• Strong knowledge of Java and web application deployment
• Able to troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Excellent understanding of application deployment models and good communication skills
• 3-5 years of experience in Cisco technologies (UCCE/UCCX)
