Necessary Skills and Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in enterprise application architecture, with significant focus on modernization.

• Demonstrated expertise in assessing complex legacy systems and envisioning future-state architectures.

• Strong proficiency in mainframe technologies (COBOL, DB2, CICS) and modern software development methodologies (Java, Spring, microservices).

• Familiarity with GenAI use cases in application engineering and code conversion.

• Excellent technical documentation and stakeholder management skills.
