• *Microsoft 365 Systems & Workflow Design**
• Map and optimise workflows across design, construction, finance & operations
• Architect **SharePoint** sites for documentation, drawings, project data & schedules
• Design integrated systems using **Teams, Planner, OneDrive, OneNote, Loop, and Power BI**
• Project tracking & reporting
• Document search, retrieval & generation
• Knowledge management
• BOQ/table creation
• Templates & reusable asset libraries
• *Automation & AI Implementation**
• Build workflow automations using **Power Automate**
• Implement automations in **n8n**, **Zapier**, or similar tools
• Document understanding & summarisation
• Image/drawing extraction
• Specification & quotation comparison
• Drawing table/BOQ extraction
• Crosschecking drawings, presentations & schedules
• Build structured data pipelines to clean, organise, and link project information
• *Dashboards & Operational Insight**
• Project status
• Team allocation & workload

• Connect dashboards to SharePoint Lists, Excel, Planner & other data sources
• *Skills & Requirements**
• *Must-Have Skills**
• Strong experience with **Microsoft 365** admin & architecture
(SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Power Automate, OneDrive, Power BI)
• Handson experience building **automations**, workflow logic & AI integrations
• Strong understanding of **data structures, logic flows, system design**
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to analyse processes and fix inefficiencies
• *Preferred**
• Experience with **Power Automate**, **n8n**, **Zapier**, API-based automations
• Experience with **Power BI dashboards**, data modelling, DAX, connectors
• Familiarity with **AI tools**, ChatGPT, Copilot, AI agents & integration workflows
• Ability to read/interpret design, construction, or technical documentation
• Basic scripting (Python, JavaScript) is a bonus
• *Qualifications**
• Practical experience designing or implementing Microsoft 365 systems
• 26 years of experience in automation, systems management, IT workflows, digital transformation, or operations technology
• Experience across **SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power BI** required
