Roles and Responsibilities Job
Responsibility
Own and drive end-to-end technology platform enhancements across
relevant consumer digital payment platforms.
Own end-to-end project governance and execution with external
vendors, off-roll teams, in-house developers to meet defined business
requirements.
Ability to create solution architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams,
transaction flow diagrams and cascade to larger teams.
Ability to apply scrum methodology / sprint-based techniques to turn-
around changes/enhancements within a short period.
Ability to assess impact across systems and integration requirements
between systems.
Ability to create and set standards for high quality design/integration
documents and processes as part of the end-to-end software
development life-cycle.
Working closely across cross-functional product/business teams to
share ideas, feedback and contribute to the platform improvement.
Experience with App development platforms an advantage.
Hands-on programming experience an advantage.
Ability to get involved in troubleshooting with a problem-solving
mindset.
