Role: Digital Transformation Educator- BIM
Location: Bengaluru (On-site)

Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and passionate Digital Transformation Educators - BIM to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering educational programs focused on digital transformation in the engineering and construction domains. You will create structured lesson plans, conduct interactive training sessions, and provide personalized feedback to learners to support their professional growth. The position requires travel and offers opportunities to work closely with leading industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver structured lesson plans and training modules
• Conduct classroom and on-site training sessions for clients
• Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and technical backgrounds
• Simplify and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback
• Continuously improve training materials based on learner and industry feedback
• Also work with design service team
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Proven experience in education, training, or professional development
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in lesson planning and instructional design
• BIM Knowledge
• Familiarity with digital tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and related technologies is preferred
• Ability to motivate and engage learners at various skill levels
• Experience in the engineering, construction, or architecture sectors is an added advantage
