A graduate student with an expected graduation date between December 2026 - Spring 2026
Major in Business or related field A cumulative GPA or 3.0 or above
Excellent written and verbal English language skills
Proven experience as a Project Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment
Extended working hours may be required as dictated by management and business needs
Travel to multiple facilities may be required
May be required to lift, push, or pull materials weighing up to twenty (20) pounds
May be required to sit and review information on a computer screen for long periods of time
May require repetitive motions of the hands and wrist related to writing and typing at an electronic keyboard
Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking
Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown
Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders

For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week

Proven experience as a Project Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment. 5+ years of project management experience with a combination of business and technical basic knowledge Advanced expertise in Jira, including building and managing epics, user stories, workflows, and generating custom reports Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data Experience with MS Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint) Familiarity with Confluence and other project management tools is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:
