The Position: The Digital Workplace Adoption Team Lead plays a critical role in scaling and maturing our Digital Workplace Adoption (DWA) practice. Reporting directly to the Director, this role acts as a bridge between strategy and execution—supporting people leadership, ensuring delivery excellence, and helping keep our growing portfolio of adoption services on track.

This role is ideal for a senior adoption and change leader who enjoys coaching others, orchestrating work, improving how things run, and contributing to presales and practice growth—without losing touch with real client work. You will help ensure the right work is happening, in the right way, by the right people—while contributing to the evolution of our M365 and AI adoption offerings. This role helps ensure our Digital Workplace Adoption practice scales without losing quality. You’ll enable:

Responsibilities:
People Leadership & Team Support
Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and mentorship to DWA team members
Support onboarding, skill development, and growth of DWA Specialists across adoption, training, and change disciplines
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture
Act as an escalation point for delivery challenges, capacity concerns, or performance risks
Delivery Oversight & Execution Governance
Help plan, coordinate, and track adoption engagements across multiple concurrent clients
Ensure tasks, milestones, and deliverables remain on track and aligned to agreed outcomes
Partner with project managers and DWA Specialists to proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks
Support consistency and quality across adoption artifacts, training delivery, communications, and reporting
Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery workflows, templates, standards, and playbooks
Practice Support & Operational Excellence
Support practice goals related to delivery quality, utilization, and scalability
Assist in developing and refining repeatable services, standardized offerings, and managed adoption programs
Help translate emerging Copilot, AI, and Modern Work capabilities into practical adoption approaches
Contribute to internal documentation, knowledge sharing, and enablement within the practice
Presales & Client Engagement
Participate in pre-sales conversations to support adoption strategy, scope, and positioning
Contribute to proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), effort estimates, and solution narratives
Act as a trusted advisor alongside sales and delivery teams, helping clients understand “what good adoption looks like”
Support client presentations, workshops, or executive briefings as needed
Client delivery will remain in-scope for this role
Experience & Expertise
7+ years of experience in digital adoption, change management, or Modern Work enablement
Prosci™ certification or formal change management training
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and modern ways of working
Experience delivering or overseeing adoption programs, training, and change initiatives
Experience supporting pre-sales or practice development in a consulting environment
Familiarity with AI adoption, Copilot rollout programs, or managed services model
Comfort balancing people leadership, delivery oversight, and client-facing responsibilities
