Job Description
This role requires an experienced professional with 8-12 years of experience in Google Analytics/Web Analytics, delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate will support designing and delivering analytics data collection strategies to analyze customer acquisition, behavior, conversion, and commercial performance, as well as supporting marketing technology personalization objectives and data science use cases.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain digital data collection methodologies.
• Serve as a technical bridge between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams.
• Design and deploy scripts and tags on web, native apps, and adaptive app pages via tag management systems or development partners.
• Create automated testing methodologies to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely data capture.
• Hand over solutions to analytics team members and digital analytics users to maximize value from created data.
• Collaborate with a wider team, including external partners, to coordinate delivery of work.
Required Expertise
• Google Analytics 4 setup, including event tracking, custom dimensions, and data import.
• Google Analytics setup, including tracking code implementation, goal and funnel configuration, and data filtering.
• Creating custom dimensions, metrics, and event tracking to capture unique data points.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics reporting, including dashboard and report customization.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager for streamlined tag implementation and management.
• Familiarity with other Google tools, such as Google Search Console and Google Data Studio.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience working with Digital Analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude.
• 3+ years of experience deploying marketing and advertising tags, including Google Ads and Meta.
• Experience designing data collection methodologies for client and server-side data collection.
• Familiarity with agile workflows through JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• A curious problem solver, eager to continuously develop skills.
• Able to communicate effectively across varying levels of data literacy and seniority.

$140,000 - $160,000 per year
