Job Description:
If you have a passion for movies and are dedicated to providing excellent hospitality, we want you on our team! We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Dine-In Cinema Servers to join us, with absolutely no prior experience required! The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, bring great energy, possess exceptional service skills, and share a love for cinema. As a Server, you will be essential in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests, helping to set a warm and inviting atmosphere for their visit.
What You'll Do:
• Welcome and seat guests with a friendly and inviting attitude.
• Deliver outstanding service by accurately taking orders, recommending menu items, and serving food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain a bright and energetic attitude throughout each shift to cultivate an enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
• Address guest inquiries, special requests, and dietary needs with professionalism and warmth.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to guarantee timely and accurate order delivery.
• Clear tables and uphold a clean and organized dining area for all guests.
• Accurately process payments and provide receipts or change as needed.
