Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of management experience in a restaurant or dining setting
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends as required

In this role, you’ll oversee daily dining room operations, manage and motivate staff, and ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience. This position requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence.
