Your Role as an Early Childhood Assistant:
Join a team where your work truly matters. As an Early Childhood Assistant, you will work alongside dedicated professionals to create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support every child’s development.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Plan and deliver interactive learning activities that inspire young minds
✅ Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children
✅ Build strong connections with children, families, and your team
✅ Support children’s independence, creativity, and critical thinking
✅ Collaborate with your team and Centre Director on daily operations and learning goals
✅ Maintain documentation and assist with administrative tasks

✔ Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)
✔ Demonstrated experience in an early childhood setting
✔ Valid First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification
✔ Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
✔ Full Australian working rights
