About the Role - Diploma Educator (New Centre Launch)
As a Diploma Educator at Bright Steps Academy Elizabeth East, you will play an important role in launching and building a high-quality early learning environment. You will:
Create nurturing, engaging learning environments that support each child's development
Work collaboratively with educators to deliver quality programs aligned with the EYLF
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Support the development of daily routines, room set-up, and learning spaces in a brand new centre
Contribute to planning, documentation, and reflective practice to meet quality standards
Maintain safe supervision and promote inclusion, wellbeing, and belonging for every child
Ensure practices align with the NQF, EYLF, and Child Safe Standards
What You'll Bring
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
A genuine passion for early learning and supporting children to thrive
Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and early childhood best practice
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A proactive, positive, and professional approach
Current Working With Children Check, National Police Check, and First Aid/CPR
