Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Diploma Engineer Trainee located in Mumbai. The Diploma Engineer Trainee will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations, including maintenance and troubleshooting of engineering systems. The role involves working closely with senior engineers, conducting quality checks, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The trainee will also be expected to document findings, prepare reports, and participate in training sessions.
Qualifications
• Basic understanding of engineering principles
• Technical skills in maintenance and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of quality control and process improvement techniques
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with senior engineers
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CAD software)
• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
