Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Diploma Engineering Trainee - Sales, located in Pune. The trainee will be responsible for assisting in sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and identifying potential clients for Genset rental services. Daily tasks include conducting market research, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving client queries, presenting product details, and supporting account management activities.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Market Research, Customer Relations, and Sales Representation
• Sound technical knowledge of Diesel Generators and Power Solutions
• Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work collaboratively in a team
• Familiarity with the Maharashtra and Goa region is an advantage
• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields
• Motivated and proactive with an eagerness to learn and grow
