We are seeking a passionate Diploma or Graduate Diploma Qualified Educator to join our friendly and supportive team at our childcare centre in Clayton a casual basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children. Previous experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
About the Role
As a Casual Educator, you will:
Support the implementation of engaging, play-based learning programs
Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Build strong relationships with children, families and team
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Opportunity to support and cover the Early Childhood Teacher’s planning time and absences as required
Essential Requirements
Completed Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Current Working With Children Check (VIC)
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications
Current Do Food Safely and All About Allergens certifications or the willingness to obtain one
Current Protecting Children – Mandatory Reporting and Other Obligations for the Early Childhood Sector
Sound knowledge of NQF, NQS and EYLF
