Bright Steps Academy is opening a brand-new, purpose-built childcare centre in Victor Harbor (Chiton) — and we're looking for passionate and caring Childcare Educators (Diploma qualified) to join our founding team.

What We're Looking For
Diploma Educators - Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Genuine passion for early learning and nurturing young minds
Understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and best practice (or willingness to learn)
Warm, positive, and team-focused approach
Commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and inspiring environments
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, meaningful learning experiences
Support children's emotional, social, and cognitive development
Build strong, positive relationships with families and colleagues
Maintain compliance with regulations and organisational standards
