Handling and resolving customer complaints/ queries over phone
Providing customers with relevant product and service information
Cross selling various banking products to customers over phone
Desired Candidate Profile: Should be Graduate fresher or experienced (preferred)
Should be able to work in Rotational shifts and night shift. This is a 24X7 unit and hence should be able to work during holidays as well.
Should have good communication skill.
Prefferred Male candidates .
