Are you ready to bring compassion, care, and support to older people in residential care? We’re seeking a Direct Care Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred support as part of our dedicated multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in providing direct client services to residents within the Residential Care Home.
Work collaboratively with health professionals under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager.
Deliver respectful and compassionate care that enhances the wellbeing and quality of life of residents.
Exercise judgement and initiative in daily tasks, ensuring the best outcomes for residents.
What We Are Looking For:
Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the role.
Proven experience delivering direct care services in a health-related field.
Experience working with aged, frail, or disabled individuals.
Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
A commitment to teamwork, empathy, and person-centred care.
