Job Description
• Responsible for target achievement of Life Insurance.
• Work on the leads provided by HO.
• Acquire, build maintain strategic relationships with clients sources, develop analyse customer needs to establish a client centric business environment, propose and implement solutions. Cross sales, try to up-sell and timely renewal of clients insurance requirements
• Responsible for increasing share of business by offering the entire range of products by achieving Monthly, Quarterly and Annual target.
Optimal use of given lead on a daily basis Achieving cost efficient operation.
• Managing product mix, persistence, Lead Conversion% etc
• Managing accurate maintenance updating database.
• Achieving goal sheet contest achievement on a weekly basis.
Age- 24 min to 38 max
Qualification: Min Graduation
CTC: upto 3.50LPA
Requirement: Min 2yrs experience in sales and marketing is mandatory.
