Position: Direct Recruiter ( Banking recruiter) About the Role: Client and delivery focus - In summary, the Team Lead, is responsible for task management, people management, review of work, manage audits, compliance checks, reporting, weekly and monthly dashboards, allotment of daily activities, escalations if any etc. Responsibilities: 1.Understanding & recruiting experience of banking job families like: Retail/Wealth RMs, Business Development/Sales Professionals, Credit Risk Analysts Mortgages professionals, Tellers & Branch Banking Professionals, OR Bank hiring, Retail banking, front line Insurance hiring, banking operations, financial market hiring Equity's, derivatives operations, global banking operations hiring, BPO hiring (banking roles), IB operations hiring 2. Hands-on Sourcing on the above mentioned 3. Adept with Job boards & Social Media Recruiting 4. Ability to front-end hiring managers 5. a Basic understanding of Foreign Bank Talent Landscape 6. Basic XLS and data interpretation knowledge 7 . Good experience in stakeholders management and volume hiring
