• Should have a knowledge of Direct Sales and manage sales activities of a team of 50plus team members.
• Involve in Talent acquisition techniques & Candidate screening and assessment.
• Strategy making for brand promotion.
• Involve in CHANNEL SALES & HORECA SALES Management.
• Analysis of sales and stock records of all distributors.
• Follow up of indent and dispatching status of goods.
• Follow up sales and marketing activities.
