Directeur de ventes logistiques - Industrie 3PL - Bureau de Montréal


Fuze Logistics Services est un fournisseur de services logistiques de nouvelle génération dont le siège social est situé à Montréal et qui possède des bureaux dans toute l’Amérique du Nord. Nous utilisons des technologies de pointe et des décennies d’expertise dans l’industrie pour faciliter le transport de marchandises à l’échelle mondiale.


Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Directeur de ventes logistiques, capable de fournir des solutions, de résoudre des problèmes de façon créative et de gérer les relations avec les clients pour notre équipe des opérations de vente.

Notre gestionnaire de compte se concentrera sur la gestion des relations quotidiennes avec certains de nos clients clés et sera chargé d’assurer le service client exceptionnel, qui fait notre réputation. En outre, vous vous efforcerez d’analyser en permanence les opérations quotidiennes pour déterminer la rentabilité et prospecter de manière opportuniste pour obtenir des affaires supplémentaires.


Responsabilités :

Collaborer avec les départements des ventes et des opérations
Vérifier les ramassages et expéditions, et résoudre les problèmes, ainsi qu’approuver les factures, avec un sens de l’urgence
Maintenir les procédures opérationnelles actuelles et les mettre à jour, si nécessaire
Analyser les activités de vente pour connaître les attentes et tendances
Gérer les relations quotidiennes avec les transporteurs et les clients, ainsi que développer des résolutions acceptables

Exigences :

Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans les services logistiques 3PL (OTR et opérations transfrontalier)
Solides compétences en communication, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral

Succès avéré dans la gestion du temps et l’accomplissement des tâches

We are seeking a Logistics Sales Executive to join our team in Montreal!


The ideal candidate will have a solid sales experience in a 3PL environment, will be a motivated and a conscientious team player capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Develop new business opportunities, through current book of business or cold all into new prospect accounts.
Generate and follow-up on sales leads in a timely manner.
Act as an intermediary between customers and CSR’s to ensure pricing is accurate and profitable.
Assist with carrier portfolio, including developing strong relationships and operational understandings, helping match carrier preferred lanes with freight, and work with carriers as determined by the company.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Minimum 2 years 3PL sales experience.
Proven track record in sales in 3PL transportation/logistics.
Highly motivated self-starter, tactfully relentless and disciplined, as well as a Team Player.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills.
