We’re looking for a driven, dynamic, experienced, delivery and sales focused Director to join our growing AI & D team in New Zealand.


We’re looking for someone with strong Consulting experience across several industry’s including but not limited to: Government, Financial Services and Consumer Products. You will have a passion for AI & Data, and you will be instrumental in building relationships, defining and proposing solutions for complex data problems with clients.


Further responsibilities may include:

Participate and lead the proposal development across specific focus accounts working closely with other areas of EY.
Ability to build deep relationships across multiple levels within several industries.
Understanding how different streams of activity on a single account interlink and how collectively support the client’s business objectives with a focus of an integrated approach to deliver a successful client outcome.
Develop and maintain contact with stakeholders (internal and external) to organise and lead proposal teams, maximise success and expand the current EY offering.
Provide professional and strategic leadership regarding best practice sales and delivery approach.

This role can be performed from any of our EY offices across Aotearoa. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Ability to lead business development with a proven track record of achieving business sales in AI & Data.
Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing complex business transformation projects that deliver improved customer-focussed and efficient services that lead to ongoing sales activities.
Superior internal and external stakeholder management skills with the ability to credibly communicate, negotiate and influence strategic outcomes at C- level executives.
Demonstrated ability to be successful in a fast pace, complex, matrixed environment.
