Join our team as a Director and Senior Portfolio Manager, where you will analyze credit information to empower lending decisions for our diverse portfolio of commercial banking clients. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining exceptional client service while navigating complex financial landscapes. Key responsibilities include:
• Negotiating loan structures that align with both client needs and bank risk policies.
• Developing comprehensive credit solutions for our more complex clients.
• Making credit recommendations in compliance with bank policies.
• Conducting thorough portfolio monitoring, including covenant compliance, to identify potential risks.
• Engaging with clients to assess performance and industry trends for growth opportunities.
• Evaluating and recommending capital allocation strategies that optimize portfolio returns.
• Addressing escalated client concerns to ensure unparalleled service.
• Leading proposal development and delivering impactful presentations to attract new business.
• Building and nurturing long-term client relationships in collaboration with business partners.
• Supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and expanding client relationships.
• Identifying and capitalizing on revenue growth and cross-selling opportunities.
• Leveraging analytic tools to drive portfolio performance and exceed ROE targets.
• Managing data accurately within our systems to support effective decision-making.
• Serve as an expert resource for senior leaders, providing insights and creative solutions to complex situations.
• Implementing changes in response to evolving trends while adhering to our Risk Management Framework.
Qualifications:
• Preferred 7+ years of experience in credit or financial operations in banking or corporate settings.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong credit qualifications and comprehensive industry knowledge.

Salary: $122,400.00 - $228,000.00
Pay Type: Salaried
The salary will depend on factors including skill set, experience, and education. This role also includes performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
