The role will be instrumental in driving timeliness, accuracy, efficiency, and insight across our income tax lifecycle while partnering cross-functionally with key stakeholders in Finance, Legal, and Accounting.

You will be responsible for interpreting tax technical issues, identifying risks and opportunities, supporting cross-border tax operations, and helping drive strategic decisions — including those involving M&A and transfer pricing. Success in this role requires strong technical tax expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and an aptitude for process improvement in a fast-paced public company environment.

Monitor changes in tax law and regulations, assess business impact, and advise on necessary adjustments to strategy or reporting.
Evaluate and support transfer pricing policies, intercompany arrangements, and global tax documentation requirements.
Evaluate and support international tax planning strategies.
Partner cross-functionally to analyze the tax implications of contracts, financing, asset deployments, and strategic transactions.
Collaborate with Accounting and Legal on tax-related disclosures in public filings (10-Q, 10-K).

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using tax technology tools.
Serve as a key tax resource to the broader business, translating complex technical guidance into actionable insights.
