Strategy
Responsible to define strategy as applicable for Transaction Banking Sales and operationalize the same, being aware and understanding of the Group’s business strategy from a CCIB client segment and Transaction Banking products perspective as applicable for the role.
Business
This role is within the Transaction Banking Sales team covering the CCIB segment handling cash management products
This role will have specific focus on Global Subsidiaries -subsidiaries of entities head quartered across the globe.
Delivering Transaction Banking CCIB Segment revenue and drivers as per Budget given
• Take the lead in identifying ******** and implied client needs, engaging key influencers and decision makers, developing solutions and leading proposals and pitches to clients.
• Ideation, create value propositions and provide complex structure guidance to client and coverage CCIB relationship teams in driving portfolio revenue
• Focus on maximizing revenue by resolving any Product related impediments to the same
• Take complete ownership and to ensure revenue and driver targets set for the portfolio are delivered
• To work closely with the respective CCIB Relationship teams and internal business partners to provide the specialist partnership in delivering the revenue and driver targets
• Run portfolio level planning for the product, brainstorming, identification of opportunities, take the lead in deal closure and execution
• Actively originate cross sell of TB products across the client base and grow the TB revenues of the region
• Understand the local markets in terms of size, share, structure, potential, customer segmentation, buyer behaviour and competitor analysis
• Work on Market Intelligence to provide inputs to Product teams, generate New Ideas and highlight Product Gaps
• Map out client ecosystem and identify opportunities to bank the ecosystem- Play an active role in credit & compliance approvals on PPG deviations
Processes
• Responsible to identify and recommend appropriate changes to streamline transaction journeys of CCIB clients, being aware and understanding of the bank’s processes relevant for the job role.
