Job Description
We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in Reference Data & Client Onboarding Services, which is responsible for managing the timely and accurate processing of all corporate events that take place across the global FID and equity markets, which affect security positions and entitlements held by our clients and proprietary trading desks
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships, driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo. This is an Associate level role within Core Services, which is responsible for performing and managing product-agnostic and centralized operational services across several businesses and products.

What You’ll Do In The Role
• Strong communication skills - particularly in written documentation (user stories, operating procedures, process flow mapping etc)
• Experience managing relationships with senior clients
• Strong attention to detail
• Prior process improvement, business analysis, and project management experience
• Clear understanding of business analysis approaches and concepts
• Experience defining business requirements
• Experience managing and executing testing activities
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring un-focused issues to resolution
What You’ll Bring To The Role
The ideal candidate should display the following:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to communicate with global users
• Strong customer/client relationship skills
• Many years success in Project Management
• Ability to write SQL queries in DB Artisan to complete reference data analysis
• Master in using MS Power Point, Excel, Visio and Word to provide high quality outputs, streering committee materials, processflow diagrams, etc. for senior management.
