Key Responsibilities:

Bridge sales and operations to deliver exceptional, collaborative and customer-focused event experiences
Shape event goals and logistics with clients, ensuring seamless delivery and capturing the spirit of wonder across meetings, conferences and social events
Oversee high-profile events, ensuring flawless execution, elevated service standards, strong revenue results and outstanding client satisfaction
Conduct pre-event assessments to identify service gaps and coordinate proactive, cross-team solutions
Engage guests throughout their event journey, resolving concerns with warmth, professionalism, and creativity
Empower and coach the Conference & Events team, fostering accountability, hospitality and continuous elevation of service
Collaborate with our culinary teams to craft menus that inspire and align with guest preferences and event themes
Uphold and continually elevate service standards - ensuring compliance with our brand and operational procedures
Assign events strategically within the team and optimise event space and group room allocations
Maintain strong, open communication with internal departments to drive alignment and smooth operational delivery
Manage event budgets to balance client needs, profitability and resource efficiency
Lead regular team meetings and champion ongoing training, coaching and professional development
Analyse guest and client feedback to uncover insights, spark improvement and enhance the overall sense of wonder in the event experience
What we're looking for:

Progressive experience in a luxury hotel event management role, including leadership of operational teams
Proven ability to deliver personalised, large-scale events in a 5-star environment with elevated service at every touchpoint
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A highly collaborative approach, working confidently across diverse teams and departments
Proficiency in event management systems such as Ivvy, Delphi and Opera Cloud
Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
A genuine passion for hospitality, creativity and crafting meaningful, memorable experiences that reflect Crystalbrook Collection’s innovative, sustainable values whilst igniting a sense of wonder for every guest
