We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the INM WPB team.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Leading WPB’s effort to collaborate with other lines of business’, leveraging upon their entity customer relationships to holistically engage and successfully offer WPB solutions to the employees of such entities.
• The role holders act as a pivot in holding together all the relevant stake holders and achieving the targeted outcomes. This involves strong engagement with the other Line of Business’, senior decision makers at the relevant entities / corporates, pulling together proposition, marketing, digital and other stake holders and leverage on fulfillment through Branches, Mobile Sales force, Contact Centre or any other relevant distribution channel.
• Responsible for ensuring the expected degree of Customer Experience and deploy, own, monitor and take remedial action where required.
• Responsible for tracking & enhancing customer experience, customer growth, top line growth and revenue uptake amongst the specific set of entities that shall be assigned to him/her.
