Roles and Responsibilities
· Achieving quarterly and annual business targets.
· New client acquisition and business development.
· Ensure that all sales opportunities are fully captured and explored.
· Ensuring timely response to all enquiries and active projects.
· Travel, attain meetings with prospect clients as per business requirements.
· Adhere Company Registration empanelment process with new clients.
· Negotiating & winning business and handing over accounts to the project manager.
· Developing strong relationship with existing clients to develop other opportunities.
· Updating project details to concern team leads.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Any Graduate / MBA
Profile: Business Development, Corporate Sales
Experience: 5 years plus (Digital Marketing Agency)
Skills Required:
· Guiding creative development, proposal (PPT) preparation and presentation.
· End-to-end development of Pitch presentations in coordination with other department
· Working as per client’s budgets keeping profit margins in place.
· Managing internal pitch process, taking and writing brief, in internal meetings.
Personal Attributes:
· High level of organization skills and ability to plan, think, act and evaluate situations.
· Decision making and problem solving.
· Excellent communication, Proactive, Organised & Self driven.
· Willingness to travel domestic and international at any given point of time.
· Good leadership quality and inter personal skills
