Role Description:

We are a family run independent insurance agency looking for team-players and leaders, those with an entrepreneurial approach to business, and those who are passionate about serving their clients. We are looking for independent life insurance agents who are ready to learn the business, work hard, have fun, and finally earn what they’re worth through duplicatable and proven systems.

Work remotely from anywhere, part time or full time, set your own schedule, build your own agency if that’s your dream, and no limits on your income. No experience necessary.

This is a 10++ independently contracted, uncapped commission selling position. You will be selling life insurance policies only to people who have already reached out and asked for someone to help them with life insurance or mortgage protection insurance (no cold calling). With our proprietary lead generation and training systems in place, you will have the opportunity to build your own business and earn what you are willing to work for.

We also have a leadership development program that enables the most ambitious sales professionals to develop and build their own agency (if that is their goal).

We have both full and part time sales and insurance agency development roles available.

Here’s what that looks like:
• Part Time: 1-2 sales /week: $500 - $2,000 /wk
• Average: 3-5 sales /week: $1,500 - $2,500 /wk ($85k - $125k /year)
• Above Average: 6-8 sales /week: $3,000 - $5,500 /wk ($150k - $300k /year)

We have full time agents averaging 12-15 sales per week in our agency!

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills

• A moderate to high degree of computer proficiency
• Have or be able to obtain a Health & Life Insurance license (clear background check- no recent felonies or bankruptcies). We walk you through how to get licensed and have a company we recommend for licensing

THE POSITION: The Center for Scientific Review (CSR) is seeking a Director for its Division of Basic and Integrative Biological Sciences (DBIB). This individual will report directly to the CSR Director and provide scientific leadership for the division, which handles reviews covering biophysics, biochemistry, chemistry, genetics, basic bioengineering, basic oncology, and development and cell biology. The Director of DBIB leads the review activities of over 61 study sections and special emphasis panels in 6 branches and oversees approximately 60 Scientific Review Officers (SROs) and 18 administrative staff. The Director supervises branch chiefs managing a broad range of human resources issues, recruits and mentors a diverse workforce, ensures that peer review principles and practices are applied in a consistent manner across the Division, and oversees management of the division’s budget.

The DBIB Director plays a key role in developing plans and providing direction as the peer review process evolves and NIH works to maintain and enhance it. This individual also: 1) participates in strategic planning activities for achieving CSR’s scientific and management goals; 2) helps establish policy, principles and practices related to referral and review; and 3) directly implements program and management changes by establishing priorities, coordinating activities, and tracking and reporting progress.
