DESCRIPTION
The India Operations team is split across Mumbai and Bangalore. The role is for a Director/ AVP to support the India Operations COO in driving Operations strategy across India across people, infrastructure, reporting metrics, partnering with the support services and others.
The role is expected to deliver local operations agenda and to bring a different perspective through influential and creative thinking.
Support the India Operations COO in day-to-day management on strategic initiatives across global, regional, and local teams
Support the Bangalore Operations site lead in the day-to-day management and site related initiatives
Assist in producing MIS, presentations, and performance metrics.
Facilitate senior management meetings, visits etc.
Facilitate across real estate for both locations\
Respond to various requests from Firm, Business Unit and Operations management.
Coordinate and / or lead India Operations initiatives
Developing an effective network of relationships across Operations and the GIC.
QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience.
Fluency with all MS Office Tools (advanced excel skills, Power point).
Strong communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to remain focused under pressure.
Professionally mature and articulate.
Able to work both as a team player as well as independently.
