Job Responsibilities for Education Director
Coordinating with Teachers and Principals in developing new curriculumEvaluating existing teaching methods and techniques and suggesting improvementsNetworking, building, and maintaining long-term business relations within the educational communityPreparing and presenting educational progress reportsOverseeing the recruitment and training of faculty membersOrganizing skill building and training workshops for the staff membersDeveloping and implementing various educational programsReviewing and approving the budget for various educational programs and trainingsEnsuring all educational activities comply with the rules and regulationsScheduling and conducting timely meetings with both teaching and non-teaching staffKeeping a track on the implementation and fulfilment of various educational goalsStaying up-to-date with the developments in the education industryBudgeting, controlling and marketing of Institution for the development and growth.
Requirements
Master's degree in Education (M.Ed. will be preferred)10+ years of experience as an Education Director, Principal or as Head of Institutional unit with overall experience in teaching and administration.Complete knowledge of the educational rules, policies, and guidelinesExcellent academic skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsGood time management and organizational skillsStrong analytical and organizational skillsDetail-oriented and highly motivated individualAbility to multitask and prioritize tasksStrong leadership skillsAbility to handle stressful situations

Salary: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
