Role-Director- Finance Operations Transformation (USA/EMEA/APAC)

Location-Gurgaon
Role Summary
Looking for seasoned Finance Professional with strong exposure & expertise in Finance Transformation incumbent will be play a vital role in Providing a strategic roadmap .
Key Responsibilities:
• As a lead business analyst, you will help drive implementation of business priority projects This will include initiatives in Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P) & Order to Cash (O2C) domains.
• As a Global Transformation team Lead, you will be responsible for various change activities including providing Solutioning/ design & implementation of roadmap,Project management,Requirements gathering & Testing support.
• Overall Experience of 18+ years of relevant experience
• Engage with Business & IT teams performing BA functions including planning, performing & reporting on User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Work closely with the business/ function and ensure they remain focussed on adoption of the defined strategy and manage delivery risks during the implementation phase.
• Exposure in Agile methodology, working knowledge preparing Business Requirements Document (BRD), Solution Design Document, Test Plan etc.
• Strong understanding of project management
• Understanding of enabling technologies like Robotics, Machine Learning, AI, Alteryx, Tableau
• Experience in either management consulting/advisory firms—with a focus on finance transformation and shared services or working in a corporate environment with a deep understanding of accounting and business processes
