The Director of Food & Beverage at The Raj Palace is a visionary leader entrusted with shaping and executing the overall strategy of the F&B division across all outlets including cloud kitchen.

This includes elevating culinary experiences, ensuring exceptional royal service, driving profitability, and maintaining the legacy of one of India's most iconic heritage hotels.

This role reports directly to the Managing Director and plays a pivotal role in the hotel's executive leadership team.

Key Strategic Responsibilities:

- Elevate culinary experiences by developing innovative menus, enhancing quality standards, and introducing new dining concepts

- Ensure exceptional royal service by training staff, monitoring customer feedback, and implementing service excellence initiatives

- Drive profitability by analyzing sales data, optimizing menu pricing, and controlling operational costs

- Maintain the legacy of The Raj Palace by preserving its rich history, cultural heritage, and traditional values

Role Summary:
