Salary Range:
$175,000 USD - $200,000 USD
Specific compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, commercial considerations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Job Description:
The Director, Global Performance and Reporting is a senior leadership role responsible for leading enterprise-wide performance strategy and client reporting across global markets. Reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer, this role serves as the global lead for performance and acts as a change agent to elevate, modernize, and better connect performance and reporting to support the business and ultimately our clients.
Operating within a complex, globally matrixed financial services environment, the Director ensures the integrity, transparency, and timeliness of global reporting while aligning performance measurement with corporate strategy, regulatory expectations, and stakeholder requirements. This role will reshape and strengthen cross-functional connectivity, ensuring performance insights are strategic, forward-looking, and aligned to risk appetite and enterprise priorities.
Your Core Responsibilities:
Global Performance Leadership
Lead and develop a high-performing global team, fostering a dynamic, collaborative, and accountable culture.
Serve as the global performance lead, driving strategic alignment of KPIs with enterprise objectives and risk frameworks.
Operate effectively across a globally matrixed organization, influencing stakeholders across regions and business lines.

Strategic Performance & Change Leadership
Act as a change agent to evolve the performance function beyond BAU reporting toward strategic insight and value creation.
Lead cross-functional performance initiatives in close partnership with the Investment Division, to strengthen connectivity across Risk, Finance, Operations, and the broader business.
Redesign performance frameworks, governance, and processes to enhance transparency, accountability, and business impact.
Partner with Operations to clearly delineate BAU reporting from strategic performance management activities.

Executive & Board Reporting
Oversee executive and Board-level performance reporting, ensuring clarity, insight, and alignment to risk and strategic priorities.
Translate complex financial, operational, and risk data into actionable, decision-oriented insights.
Provide forward-looking analysis to support strategic and risk-based decision-making.

Governance & Continuous Improvement
Ensure strong governance, controls, and data integrity across global reporting processes.
Drive automation, analytics enhancement, and reporting transformation initiatives.
Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the performance function.

Your Expertise:
10+ years of progressive experience in financial services, with deep expertise in performance management, reporting, risk, or FP&A.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA, CPA, CFA, FRM, or equivalent designation preferred.
Proven experience leading and developing teams within a globally matrixed organization.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional performance initiatives and driving organizational change.
Strong understanding of financial services business models, regulatory frameworks, and enterprise risk management.
Advanced analytical capability with experience in enterprise reporting systems and data visualization tools.
Recognized as a dynamic leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse functions.
