Molina Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Director of Government Contracts. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our government contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and driving growth and profitability. We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of government contracting. If you are passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry and have a proven track record of success in government contracting, we encourage you to apply.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize growth and profitability of government contracts.

Oversee the management and compliance of all government contracts, ensuring all regulations and requirements are met.

Monitor changes in government regulations and policies, and make necessary adjustments to contracts and processes.

Lead and supervise a team of government contract specialists to ensure efficient and effective management of contracts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, negotiating contract terms and resolving any issues that may arise.

Collaborate with internal departments, including finance and legal, to ensure alignment and compliance with government contracts.

Conduct regular audits and reviews of government contracts to identify areas for improvement and make necessary recommendations.

Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track and measure the success of government contracts.

Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in government contracting and make strategic recommendations to senior management.

Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status and performance of government contracts.

Manage the budget for government contracts, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.

Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and presentations with government agencies and stakeholders.

Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the government contracting team.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to government contracts.

Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and government healthcare programs to inform and guide contract decisions.
