Our Client is a fast-growing fintech player based out of Bangalore.

Job Profile

• Responsible for HR business partnering for the finance and fintech verticals across tech and non-tech

• Manage end-to-end employee life cycle, performance management, rewards, learning, talent management

• Devise innovative channels of employee engagement

• Identify and drive HR initiatives across organisation; have an outward approach to evaluate industry best practices and implement those by customizing the practices as per the organisation need

• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify key talent and successors for the critical roles and ensure employee success

• Ensure adoption of all HR practices policies, evaluate the policy manual and design employee friendly policies

Candidate Profile

• 12-15 years of HR experience

• Should have a blend of experience in the tech as well as FS space

• Experience handling org transformation/ restructuring will be an advantage
