The Opportunity: As a Director-in-Training at Explorers Williams Landing, you'll be mentored by our experienced Centre Director, giving you a rare, hands-on pathway to learn the essentials of running a successful childcare centre. Centre Highlights:

Situated located on Fogarty Street walking distance from Addison Wetlands, you’ll find our beautiful Centre offers a nurturing environment for children. Our thoughtfully designed Centre has dedicated learning and care rooms appropriate for nurturing babies through to dynamic 3 and 4 year old Kindergarten spaces.

We have beautifully landscaped outdoor play areas and interactive learning spaces to enhance the children’s experiences. Our professional kitchen allows us to prepare delicious and healthy home cooked meals daily.
Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, our central piazza fosters a strong sense of belonging and encourages collaboration among the children within the Explorers Williams Landing community.

Who You Are:
Diploma-level Early Childhood Education Qualification (minimum required)
5+ Years’ Experience in Early Childhood Education (preferably long day care)
1+ Year of Management Experience in a childcare setting
Passionate about the Reggio Emilia approach and inspired to bring it to life in your work
Knowledgeable in the EYLF and NQS standards
Trained in First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis care
Possessing a Working with Children Check and mandatory reporting certifications
