Special Projects & Due Diligence: Lead ad hoc projects such as financial due diligence, technical accounting support, audit prep, and accounting system transitions.
Team Leadership & Quality Control: Mentor and guide junior staff, uphold accuracy in all deliverables, and continuously improve processes and internal controls.
Self-Driven Execution: Operate independently, owning outcomes for your clients. We believe in empowering our team to take initiative, make informed decisions, and manage their work and teams with confidence.
