Job Description
We are seeking a talented Art Director to join our in-house design and marketing team at Beem. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the visual elements of creative projects across various media, including digital, print, and multimedia platforms. You will collaborate closely with our in-house creative and marketing teams to develop innovative and compelling visual concepts that align with our brand's vision and objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute creative concepts and visual strategies for in-house campaigns, ensuring they align with the brand identity and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of designers, illustrators, photographers, and other creative professionals.
• Oversee the production of visual materials from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to deadlines.
• Collaborate with in-house copywriters, marketers, and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign deliverables.
• Present creative concepts and designs to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate the creative output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring a balance between creativity and efficiency.
• Review and approve all visual assets, ensuring consistency in style, quality, and brand messaging.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 7-8 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role, preferably within an in-house creative department or marketing team.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects across various media and platforms.
• Exceptional skills in graphic design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. ).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and digital media trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in video production, animation, or web design.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
• Familiarity with 3D design and motion graphics.
