Qualifications
7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, with a strong focus on PR, social media, and brand management, ideally in a combination of agency and client-side roles
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across Retail, Hospitality, and Residential sectors
Experience managing external agencies and collaborating with stakeholders from different business verticals to achieve unified brand outcomes
Strong understanding of brand strategy and marketing in competitive, fast-paced environments
Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, complex initiatives simultaneously
Strong presentation skills, both verbal and graphic

Responsibilities

The Director will play a strategic role in both active, and the creation of new marketing initiatives that reinforce Turnberry’s brand identity, creating a seamless experience across all business verticals
You will have a keen understanding of culture, trends, and consumer behavior to make informed decisions about the right opportunities for Turnberry's diverse portfolio
Your ability to navigate both the high-level strategic planning and the detailed execution will be critical to success
This role reports to the SVP, Creative Director
Develop and implement a powerful, long-term brand strategy that strengthens the Turnberry brand across the Retail, Hospitality, and Residential sectors
Align marketing strategies across these verticals, ensuring consistency with Turnberry’s brand vision
Communicate the brand vision internally, ensuring buy-in from key stakeholders and alignment across all departments and assets
Help enforce brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints
Help establish a clear point of view on what constitutes an on-brand experience for Turnberry’s varied customer base across the 3 key verticals
Lead the creation and execution of high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns that connect Turnberry’s brand, product, and channel marketing goals
Manage and execute external brand communications, including PR efforts and partnerships with external agencies to amplify Turnberry’s presence
Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content for Turnberry-owned channels, maintaining high standards in both design and messaging
Partner with stakeholders from Retail, Hospitality, and Residential sectors to ensure their marketing efforts align with the brand strategy and contribute to overall brand goals
Develop and execute strategic brand partnerships and collaborations to elevate the brand's reach and positioning
Create and implement a measurement methodology to track the success of marketing initiatives, making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance over time
Identify concepts and ensure efficient use of resources to execute those ideas across multiple verticals
Build strong internal relationships across departments, ensuring all teams are aligned in their efforts to build the Turnberry brand
Demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ), fostering collaboration and adaptability within the team
Provide solutions to streamline processes, prioritize simplicity and agility, and navigate the complexities of organizational dynamics
Oversee the professional development of junior team members, ensuring their work aligns with the overall strategy and maintains high quality standards

The Director of Brand Integration at Turnberry is responsible for delivering and executing a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with Turnberry’s vision across its Retail, Hospitality, and Residential verticals. Essential Functions:

Brand Strategy and Management:

● Develop and implement a powerful, long-term brand strategy that strengthens the Turnberry brand across the Retail, Hospitality, and Residential sectors.
