We’re looking for a highly experienced Director of Client Operations to lead the backend of a fast-growing remote high-ticket sales company. This is not an entry-level role — we're looking for someone who’s already operated at a high level inside 6- or 7-figure coaching, consulting, or agency businesses.

You’ll be the key integrator that keeps client delivery, sales team coordination, and internal systems running like clockwork.

Responsibilities:

Own and manage day-to-day backend operations across multiple client accounts
Track and report on key KPIs (show rates, close rates, revenue per lead, churn, etc.)
Oversee onboarding, ongoing communication, and client satisfaction
Align sales, setting, and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth delivery
Identify inefficiencies and build systems/SOPs to streamline operations
Troubleshoot issues proactively and solve problems without needing hand-holding
Requirements:

3+ years experience in operations for remote high-ticket coaching, consulting, or agency offers
Proven success managing backend ops at a high level
Extremely organized, proactive, and systems-driven
Expert with CRMs, Google Sheets, Slack, and remote collaboration tools
Leadership qualities — ability to manage people and processes with accountability
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
